Kenrico hand patch

I've been using your hand patch for a few weeks now, and my hand pain is completely cured! I no longer experience any pain in the mornings and can move and bend my fingers more easily. I've noticed that this patch emits a cool temperature. Do you have a version that emits warmth? Sometimes it gets quite cold in the morning. Thank you!
