I've been applying your gold trmx patches with nutrition and exercise for about a month, and the results are great. I sleep very well at night, lost over a stone, and gained energy. I'm really curious about trying the mega gold sdx next. Can you send me the instructions for it? I have pretty big feet, so I’m especially interested to see how these ones go.
