Where to find mega gold sdx in Germany

Good day!
I have been a three months user of your detoxification patches. In particular, the new big patches mega gold gives me the best sleep. When I use it the night before, the next morning my anxiety and neck pain are greatly reduced for whole day. Unlike doctor medicine, there is no symptoms or side effect with mega gold. It is a miracle.
I would like to use every day it because I have a very big feet. It is very troublesome finding this big patch because I couldn't find anyone in Germany that sells this. I had to get my friend bought it from the United States and shipped it personally to me. You see, I cannot find anyone that sells it in Germany.
Would you consider selling it to me or can you get your dealer to sell?
