Hi Deborah,
To meet the prescribed daily dosage of four (4) pads per day every day:
For application of twice (2x) per day, you put 1 pad on each foot at day time and then replace them with new pads on each foot at night, for a total of 4 pads a day, OR
For application of (1x) per day, you put two pads on each foot once a day. For Monday:
TWO (2) ZEO pads on the reflex points of arm and spine on one foot (one ZEO on arm and one ZEO on spine), AND
TWO (2) TRMX-3 on the reflex points of brain stem / cerebellum / head and lymph glands on the other foot (one TRMX-3 on brain stem / cerebellum / head - located on top, and one TRMX-3 on lymph glands - located at bottom as indicated in the 3D foot reflexology chart).
The protocol can treat pain and inflammation and help you gain mobility. However, if you seek fast but temporary relief of arthritis pain on your fingers, we recommend administering the Diamond Hybrid Edition 30th Anniversary directly on the palm of your hand once a day.
We recommend continuous treatment with the main protocol for twelve weeks. Please note that DHE must be used every day without time limit because it is a temporary relief for arthritis pain. In other words, the arthritis will improve in no time using the DHE, but it must be used continuously at least once a day.
Please consult with us again when your condition has improved to obtain a new protocol.
