Hi Penny.

We recommend the SS1L (grapefruit pads) for Acid Reflux. Acid Reflux happens because of uncontrolled acid. The SS1L should be applied to the bottom of the feet at the center of meridian points (stomach or abdomen areas - please refer to our reflexology maps).
