Hi there,
The red edition pads (EXA-2) is highly recommended for treating this condition.
During therapy (such as stretching and strengthening programs), applying the pads to the center area of the foot sole is recommended. The far infrared rays emitted from the pads can relieve injury to the plantar fascia.
Walking with the pads on during dynamic stretching is recommended as well. It can help increase the flexibility of calf muscle and reduce wear to the plantar fascia.
All the best,
Kenrico Support
