The new Forever Alkaline Water Stick has magnesium and hot spring minerals. It also comes precoated with hot spring minerals, so the first time that you submerge it in the water, more essential minerals from the hot springs are being released into the water. The slight color change indicates that the essential minerals are present and this indication is a very good thing.
