Autism and rage attacks

Hi,
My brother is 18 years old and autistic. For the last year or so he has been having frequent rage attacks that last for hours, where he screams, swears and tries to hit anybody and anything. Outside of these fits, he's always agitated or irritated and my parents have to walk on egg-shells around him.
I'm studying in a different country right now so I can't even physically help.
I've read the descriptions for your patches a number of times and I thought TRMX-3, KX-2 and maybe Lavender and Grapefruit (he's overweight and constantly eating) might help.
I would very much appreciate your opinions and recommendations and a schedule we could try.
