Black spots on teeth is now clear

Dears

After using the TRMX3 for one month which was great to improve my brain respose to daily life matters and even thinking after been targeted with poison , there was a dark blak clear spots on the front upper and lower teeth becomes very very clear . what kind of poison does this reffer to ?
Please try best to support me with this info. as it will help me to know what kind of poison used against me according to these symptoms ?
