Hi there,

Our green tea pad is caffein free. It absolutely does not contain caffein.

Our green tea pad (CC model) contains EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate). Studies suggest that EGCG treatment lowers blood pressure, lowers blood sugar and increased blood flow.
