Hi there,

We recommend having a medical check-up as soon as possible to investigate the lumps whether it is a tumor or cancer.

The gold edition pads are the correct one to treat swollen lymph nodes. To treat lumps, tumor and cancer, we highly recommend the CC pads (green tea pads). The CC pads contain EGCG (best form of Catechin) that have been proven to be able to remove cancerous cells.
