Hi Elizabeth,
You can place the CCi pads (iSeries) on the part of the foot that corresponds to the eyes.
On the other hand, we believe the symptoms may be connected with age spots, therefore the reflex points of brain (for hypothalamus) and thyroid glands are also recommended.
Our endocrine system (hormones), hypothalamus including thyroid gland are said to be responsible for stimulating the rejuvenation of our tissues and prevent the hasten of aging.
