Hi Roberto,
Cervical hernia can cause a lot of pain due to the inflammation. In herniations of disks in the neck, pain may appear in the shoulder, neck, outer part of he upper arm, or the inside of the forearm. Please use both the hot edition pads (WRX-2) and the gold edition pads (KX-2) daily to improve your condition.
For application area, please apply the pads directly onto the reflex points of spine at the bottom of the feet based on the reflexology chart at https://www.kenrico.com/kenrico_reflexology.html
