Clogged Arteries

What Patches would you recommend for a recent heart attack victim. One Artery is completely blocked 2 are 99% blocked 3 are 70% blocked 2 are 60% blocked and 1 @ 50% blockage. His current Medication is:
Lipitor 80mg 1/day
ASA 325 mg 1/day
Metoprolol 25mg 1 Twice a day
Plavix 75mg 1 per day
He was told that he is inoperable.
Can I offer him any hope with the patches and would there be any contradictions with the meds. he is on.
Ps. I should also let you know (a year or so ago) I contacted you regarding a type one diabetic who was to have her feet amputated. Just to update you, we followed your recommedations. She never did have to have her feet amputated her bones healed. She also began to produce insulin!!! no longer taking injections and the only thing she is using is a Humalog Pen on a as-per-need basis. I truly believe It was the patches that played a mayjor role in the healing of her feet as well her no longer insulin dependant after 30 years.
