Hello-
There are no white spots or clumps on the pads, though they do seem compressed a bit. A couple of times, I have gotten darkening & hardening on about half the pad from the big toe region (I have had a concussion and neurological problems). That area seems helpful, but I still don't know about the liver/kidney area. Do the pads need moisture to absorb toxins? Should I consider moistening them for areas other than the toe?
