Hello
Which patches do you recommend for the following: My 12 year old son although highly intelligent lacks confidence and has difficulty getting to sleep at night. This affects his ability to concentrate at school and focus on homework. He is also becoming very self conscious, irritable and negative about himself and his abilities. He finds it difficult to ignore negative comments made by his school companions who in reality are jealous of his achievements and want to undermine him. He is sensitive and has been raised to be kind and considerate. He can stand up for himself and has assured us he is not being bullied but we are concerned that this worry is contributing to his symptoms and affecting concentration. His teachers in the past have commented on him sometimes being a 'day dreamer'. Will the patches help him to focus and gain mental clarity?
I also lack confidence, concentration and suffer from pre-menstrual syndrome and depression. I get brain fog and memory problems. This creates anxiety and nervousness and appears to cause breakouts of sweating which is particularly acrid smelling under the right armpit. Deodorants and antiperspirants to not help to control this. I also have problems getting to sleep and as a result feel fatigued, tearful,lethargic and unmotivated most of the time or numb. My doctor can only offer anti depressants (which i will not take due to chemical side effects) and counselling which does not solve the problems - will the patches help me?
