Hi Karen,

The daily dosage is the maximum number of pads that can be used in a day (every cycle of 24 hours). For the Monday's schedule with daily dosage of two (2) pads per day, it is one (1) AQUA COOL TUV and one (1) TRMX-3.

You can place one (1) AQUA COOL TUV on one foot and one(1) TRMX-3 on the other foot at their corresponding reflex points, at the same time, and at nighttime or at bedtime for your son.
