The prescription recommended a daily dosage of two (2) pads per day. For instance, on the Monday's protocol, you can administer 1 ZEO pad on the reflex point of spine on the left foot and 1 TRMX 5 50th Anniversary on the reflex point of liver of the right foot, which meets the recommended daily dosage of two (2) pads per day.
If you need to increase the daily dosage beyond the recommended dosage of two (2) pads per day, for example, to four (4) pads per day, you can apply one set of the above for 12 hours, then another set for the remaining 12 hours.
When the application area (target location) only appears on one foot, that applicable pad becomes a priority. For example, on the Monday's protocol, if you choose the liver as the target location which appears on the right foot, you can administer the TRMX 5 50th Anniversary on the right foot first. Then choose the available target location that is applicable for the left foot, which happens to be the ZEO for the spine area.
