Hi Karen,

We highly recommend our red edition (EXA-2) and blue edition patch (FX-2). Our red and blue edition patches are very effective for treating RLS and currently are the choice of treatment in health clinics.

In addition to treatment using our patches, you can try:
1. Deep breathing for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Movement exercise for a few minutes, such as stretching, walking, yoga at bedtime.
3. Placing a pillow between knees while lying in bed.
