Please note that DHE is intended to burn fats and cellulite. Evaporation is the process by which water changes from a liquid to a gas or vapor. The energy from the DHE releases excessed fat and fluids that are trapped inside the cells. The fluids can evaporate when DHE is applied for too long in one application.
You are definitely getting the positive effects of DHE regardless of moisture or color changes.
