digestion & breath

I don't sleep well and usually wake feeling uneasy and with a bad taste in my mouth. I wake usually about 3:00 AM and don't get back to sleep or will sleep a little, off an on. I think my nighttime digestion is not going well, although I eat well. Sometimes my arms are also aching so badly at night they wake me until I move them. Any suggestions on patches?
