Endometriosis

Hello,
I have wrote you several months ago regarding my wife, this is the link for the consultation:

The issues I've wrote about before still exists but the main issue we are concerned about is the chronic pain she suffering from, increased during her monthly cycle, and also after intercourse.
Today we have received the MRI scan results which shows cysts on the ovaries caused by the Endometriosis, (Also, I don't know it is important to mention that she have an intrauterine device for birth control for the last 3 years).
What is your recommendation treating the cysts and the endometriosis while considering the previous topics we have wrote you back in December ?
