Using the enchanced grapefruit pads (TG-1) is very beneficial for losing weight and detox at the same time. The TG-1 prevents the form of excess fats in our body and it can only help to enforce your perfect sugar and insulin balance.
As for placement areas, placing the TG-1 on the reflex points of stomach and intestines are highly recommended.
