Eye twitch/anxiety

Hi,
I am writing to get a prescribed Kenrico for my health concerns.
In the last three months my right eye had been twitching non stop.
I just got all my blood test done, saw the eye specialist.
Did an MRI but the doctor say evetytjing is fine.
I face with high stress situstions very often in the last two years. The doctors wanted to go on Ativan but I did not. But I take Bach remedy for anxiety all the time.
I have also gained 30 pounds in 1 year.
My health concerns are :
1. My right eye twitching and I also have surfers eyes so I experience pain on my right brain and right side of my head and eye continuously.
2. I want to loose weight and heavy metal detox.
3. I want to sleep better for 8 hours. Sleeping only 4-5 hours a day.
