Re(1): Grapefruit patches/cholesterol

Posted on December 27, 2007 at 01:52:37 AM by KenricoCare
Hi Lynne,

Our grapefruit patches such as SS1L and TG-1 are specially manufactured to contain Pectin only as the active ingredients. SS1L and TG-1 are absolutely safe to be used for weight loss while taking medications including cholesterol medications.

Please note that plain grapefruit juice found in local grocery contains chemical compounds 6'7'-dihrdroxybergamottin. We strongly advise to avoid drinking grapefruit juice while on medication because of the presence of 6'7'-dihrdroxybergamottin that increases the strength of certain drugs.

Yours in health,
Kenrico Support
