Hello,
I have been using your pads for several years, pretty much every night. My question is, should I take a break? Lately, I have been using the Gold, Green Tea, Zeo and Enhanced Grapefruit (this one not as much, because it didn't seem to really help in losing weight...maybe I didn't give it long enough).
I really just want to make sure it is safe to use these for years & years. I definitely feel better when I use them continuously.
I am a 55 year old woman...menopausal, but luckily, I do not have too many issues with this ~ some hot flashs and dryness. I would like to lose around 10 lbs. and keep it off (have cellulite on thighs). Anti-aging and continual general wellness are also my goals.
