Hi Pat,

You can use both at the same time. For example, administering two (2) TG-1i and two (2) TRMX-3 at the same time, OR one (1) TG-1i and one (1) TRMX-3 at the same time twice a day, wil satisfy the daily dosage of four (4) pads per day.
