Hair loss

Greeting from the USA,

i'm a 69 year old woman and have been experiencing increasing female pattern hair loss and have tried many remedies and continue to use multiple remedies and treatments. So far nothing has helped and the problem continues to get worse.

I'd like to get some suggestions on what to try.
