Hay fever and stomac issues

HI

I am suffering from hay fever with constant sneezing and itchy eyes at this season, please advise what pad I should use.

When I am under stress, I have stomach pain, these days after meals I feel something stuck in the throat, not comfortable, what pads should I use?
