High Cholesterol

I recently found out that my cholesterol is very high and would like to know which pad would be the best for this condition. I am also very much overweight and would like to know which one would assist with that. I have seen that you have provided a seven day plan for some people and if you could do that for I would greatly aprreciate it. I also would like to find out which pad I could recommend to my mother to try. She has severe knee pain and has also had numerous injections in her eyes for macular degeneration. The injections have seemed to stop the progress of the the degeneration but I am wondering if any of the pads might help control this as well. You don't know how much I appreciate these products and I am so anxious to try them rather than a prescription drug to help get my cholesterol under control. Thank You and God Bless
