Hi Bruno,
Blood sugar level can fluctuate during the day or post meal if you have both type 2 diabetes and prostate inflammation at the same time. However, if you have BPH (benign prostate hyperplasia) or BEP (benign enlargement of the prostate), it is highly recommended to treat BPH first.
