Hello & Good morning,
I currently use Kenrico products, I love your shower-heads. Several of my family members use them in their homes as well.
My question is regarding the detox pads this will be my first time ordering them.
I am concerned about two health issues.... I am a female 65 years old, I am 5”8 ft tall, weight is 127 lbs. I would love to gain 20 pounds, as I’m too under-weight. My health practitioner says my gut is not moving, something is causing my my digestive system not to work properly.
Also suffer with frequent urination, too many trip to the bathroom 😒
Before I place my order for the detox pads, I wanted to get your opinion & suggestion on which type of pads would work best for my health conditions.
Also is it better to place the pads on the heel area of your foot or in the middle sole area?
Some of what I’ve been reading states it’s more effective on the heel.
