You can use the Diamond Hybrid Edition DHE to break down the lipomas, use the Supreme Gold Edition TRMX-3 30th Anniversary and the Enhanced Grapefruit Edition TG-1i to cleanse the organs, and the Super Detox Edition ZEO to repair the surrounding tissue.
