Lupus and bloating

Hello and my wife was diagnosed with a form of Lupus several years ago. Switching to a plant based diet plus taking vegan-supporting supplements have helped reduce her symptoms tremendously and she’s doing well without any medications. However, she still has some persistent bloating/inflammation around her midsection. So, what is your footpad protocol for helping this condition?

Also, we have just ordered a Kenrico Gold water filter and LE3 shower head and are waiting for them to be delivered. Do you have any suggestions for us regarding how much of this water to drink a day per pound of body weight?
