Lupus with complications

The last several months I have been dealing with doctors who say I have lupus, followed by a thyroid complication, and another autoimmune condition that they haven't quite nailed down like anti phospholipid syndrome. Yesterday they told me that I have worsening Osteopenia. So what would you suggest as a treatment regime for the detox patches to help my situation I'm on Methotrexate and the levothoctrine for the thyroid and prednisone and folic acid, which seems like a lot of medicine with a lot of side effects. If I could reduce all of this I would be very grateful. I look forward to a response in this form, thank you.
