Lyme disease

My chiropractic gave me kenrico gold and blue for my lyme. These have worked wonders for three weeks, but fourth week my numb feet and hand felt very hot at night. Does it mean that it's working? It's not very comfortable for me though I could feel my feet at that time. It's like they are penetrating my numb feet. How many should i really use this and how often?
