Hi Kathy,
Perimenopause normally happens between 5-15 years before the natural end of menstruation. During this period, estrogen level will decline or fluctuate and may produce symptoms including: hot flashes, sleep problems, mood swings, adrenal problems and many other unpleasant symptoms.
We strongly recommend a combination of blue edition pads (FX-2) to alleviate lyme disease, and special edition pads/green tea pads (CC) for fibroids. The gold edition pads (TRMX-2) or the green edition pads (KX-2) are normally used during perimenopause or menopause period to alleviate the symptoms.
