Hi Piero,
The Raspberry Edition SS2Li with activated Folacin can be applied before, during, and after the menstrual cramps.
The most effective method of treatment is to start the treatment 2 weeks prior to menstrual cycle. For females with irregular periods and severe menstrual cramps, it is highly recommended to start the treatment immediately, once per day.
The recommended application area for treating menstrual cramps is male / female hormones and/or pelvic area.
