multiple issues

I have chronic burning foot pain in both feet. I have trouble sleeping due to it and only sleep about 5 hours& wake up in pain and have trouble falling back to sleep.I have plantar fascitiis, fibromylgia, lactose intolerant, irritable bowel. My major concern is the foot pain and lack of sleep. which pads should I use?
