Hi Rosemarie,

We recommend the following schedule for your sons:
Monday: FX-2, TRMX-2
Tuesday: FX-2, TRMX-2
Wednesday: FX-2, TRMX-2
Thursday: EXA-2, TRMX-2
Friday: Rest
Saturday: AG, KX-2
Sunday: AG, KX-2

The FX-2 should be used only during weekday and KX-2 on weekends to relieve candida. Food sensitivities and IBS can be treated with the silver edition pads (AG) and gold edition pads (TRMX-2).
