Thanks for your feedback.
I don't have any fever or headache and I have been to a doctor and physiotherapist and they did not suspect Meningitis. The neck pain does feel like muscle spasm as I am under alot of stress at the present so it may be stress-related, posture-related or a viral infection like a nasty flu.
The other symptom I am concerned about is dizziness which tends to get worse with stress and neck stiffness.
What patches do you recommend for dizziness/unsteadiness along with neck pain??
