Hi there,
Our gold edition pads (TRMX-2) are highly recommended for treating migraines, hypothyroidism and insomnia. To treat TMJ, we recommend using our hot edition pads (WRX-2) with carbon-titanium adhesives, and alternate the use with the TRMX-2.
TMJ can result in significant pain. The first goal in the treatment of TMJ is pain relieve following by muscle exercises. During pads application, a muscle exercise is recommended. Slightly open your mouth so your teeth are not touching, then move your jaw left and right, slowly and therapeutically. Your teeth should not touch while you are doing this, and you should not feel your jaw joints rubbing or clicking. Do this 4 or 5 times a day, or whenever you're feeling tension.
All the best,
Kenrico Support
