Hi Alan,
Shoulder pain can be caused by arthritis, tendonitis or a more severe condition such as rotator tear or separation. The first treatment for shoulder pain is to rest the joint, and allow the acute inflammation to subside. Please use the gold edition pads (TRMX-2) when resting the shoulder to relieve pain and inflammation associated with this condition.
We recommend to apply the TRMX-2 pads directly on the reflex points of shoulder on the bottom of our feet. For more details related to the application, please visit the reflexology chart at https://www.kenrico.com/kenrico_reflexology.html
All the best,
Kenrico Support
