Parkinson's Disease/Diabetes

I have a friend that has Parkinson's Disease and Diabetes. I have given him 2 weeks worth of Gold pads to use until I could ask the question and know if there was a better choice/pad. I would like to know if there is a better choice of pads to use for the 2 issues he has. Thank you very much.
