Hi there,

The AG pads can be placed on the center area of the foot that corresponds to the reflex point of your liver. For more details, please refer to the map at https://www.kenrico.com/kenrico_reflexology.html

When you place the pads on the part of the foot which corresponds to your sinus, we suggest wearing socks over the pad.
