Hi there,
We highly recommend our red edition pads (EXA-2) to treat plantar fascia. Plantar fascia happens when the injury affects flexor surface (plantar) of the foot.
Our grapefruit pads (SS1L or TG-1) and green tea pads (CC) are very effective for weight loss. You can provide us more information such as your weight, height, fats level, etc and we will advise you further regarding the usage schedule.
All the best,
Kenrico Support
