Monday: EXA-2
Tuesday: EXA-2
Wednesday: TG-1 daytime, CC overnight
Thursday: CC daytime, TG-1 overnight
Friday: EXA-2
Saturday: TG-1 daytime, CC overnight
Sunday: CC daytime, TG-1 overnight
The usage schedule indicated above focuses on weight loss. It will assist you in loosing weight, stabilizing your fats level, and relieving symptoms of plantar fascia. You can use up to 8 patches per day.
