Hi Dorota,
We recommend our gold edition pads to treat Polychondritis (cartilage disorders) and quick edition pads (QU-1 with Milk Thistle) to treat Nephrolithiasis (kidney stones).
Our QU-1 pads contain Silymarin, which increases bile solubility, thus helping to prevent or alleviate kidney stones.
For placement area, apply the pads at the center of the foot sole directly on top of the meridian points for kidneys or problematic areas (please refer to our reflexology chart for placement area).
All the best,
Kenrico Support
