Post surgery detox
Posted on March 17, 2019 at 10:29:31 AM by CCBee
Hello, I recently went through surgery for a multiple fractured tibial plateau and fibula. I usually do not take the cocktail of drugs I have been given. Have weaned myself of the narcotics, but am using over the counter pain killers. I am experiencing pain, anxiety, restlessness, severe insomnia, knee is still slightly inflamed. Hoping to a detox and to limit anxiety brought on largely from sleep deprivation. Thoughts on best sap sheets? Also suffer from, hashimotos, have ovarian mass that is scheduled for removal in 2 mos. Having trouble with body temperature control. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.
