Re(4): Prescription

Thank you for your detailed instruction.

Which is better, four pads at the same time or better split out for two pads at the daytime and two pads at the night time, or two from afternoon till bed time and change another two pads at bedtime. How long to keep pads on foot for maximum effects and after how many hours it lose its effects of continuing putting on the foot?

My son has long feet at size 45, so for one pad with different reflex points, like Lexirin with reflex points on Stomach and small intestine, it seems that the pad is not long enough to cover both points, what should we do?

Many thanks
Karen
